\u00a0 \u00a0 Santiago, 20 de diciembre de 2005.- Hoy se decret\u00f3 lo que sigue:<\/div>
\u00a0 \u00a0 N\u00fam. 4.288 exento.- Vistos: estos antecedentes, lo dispuesto en el decreto supremo de Justicia N\u00ba 110, de 1979, publicado en el Diario Oficial de 20 de marzo de 1979, Reglamento sobre Concesi\u00f3n de Personalidad Jur\u00eddica a Corporaciones y Fundaciones, modificado por decreto supremo de Justicia N\u00ba 679, de 2003, publicado en el Diario Oficial de 13 de febrero de 2004, en la resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 520, de 1996, modificada por resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 661, de 2002, ambas de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, y en la ley N\u00ba 19.712 y su reglamento, contenido en el decreto supremo N\u00ba 59, de 2001, del Ministerio Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno,<\/div>

ART\u00cdCULO<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0 \u00a0 1.- Apru\u00e9banse las reformas que ha acordado introducir a sus estatutos la entidad denominada “Asociaci\u00f3n Metropolitana de Tenis Oriente”, con domicilio en la provincia de Santiago, Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana de Santiago, y personalidad jur\u00eddica concedida por decreto supremo de Justicia N\u00ba 880, de fecha 27 de junio de 1980, en los t\u00e9rminos que da testimonio el instrumento protocolizado bajo el N\u00ba 600, con fecha 16 de junio de 2005, en la Notar\u00eda P\u00fablica de Santiago, de don Ra\u00fal Iv\u00e1n Perry Pefaur.<\/div>
\u00a0 \u00a0 2.- Decl\u00e1rese que de conformidad a las reformas aprobadas por el presente decreto, la entidad en lo sucesivo se denominar\u00e1 “Asociaci\u00f3n Deportiva Metropolitana de Tenis Oriente”, la que podr\u00e1 actuar ante las autoridades deportivas, pol\u00edticas y administrativas, ante \u00f3rganos p\u00fablicos y privados, con el nombre de “Metropolitana de Tenis Oriente”, que es diferente de las dem\u00e1s entidades existentes en dicha provincia e inscritas en el Registro de Personas Jur\u00eddicas de este Ministerio.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
